There is a very good train connection from Stuttgart. The RE is running hourly to Reutlingen main train station and a IRE is reaching the city every 2 hours (travel time approx. 35 min).
The A8 connects Karlsruhe with Munich, exit at Stuttgart-Degerloch, then the B27/ 312 to Metzingen/ Reutlingen or B28 direction of Reutlingen and Münsingen to the area of the middle of the Swabian Alb. Coming from Singen take the A81, exit Herrenberg, then B28, Tübingen and Metzingen Münsingen.
Buses connect the Swabian Alb with Bad Urach, Reutlingen or Münsingen and shuttle to the area on a regular basis.
