The Regio-S-Bahn in Lower Saxony Bremen reaches the intercity train station in Bad Zwischenahn on a a daily basis (IC, NWB, RE). Trains are running regularly from Bremen, Wilhelmshaven or Oldenburg to Bad Zwischenahn. More Information here www.regiosbahn.de.
From Bremen leave the A1 at interchange Ahlhorner Heide and there along the A29 direction Wilhelmshaven/ Emden/Leer. In Oldenburg, switch on the A28 motorway in the direction of Emden/Leer. Take the exit no. 9 "Neuenkruge" or no. 8 "Zwischenahner Meer" and come directly to Bad Zwischenahn.
