    How to Get There?


      You directly have the train station Schluchsee. From there it is just few minutes walking to the information center. And you can drive to all points of interest around the Schluchsee.

    Why Go There?

    Explore the biggest lake in the Black Forest- the Schluchsee!!! It's a center for water sports and one of the cleanest swimming lakes in Germany. It received a mention for the most popular hiking place.

    Particulary anglers, divers, surfers and sailors benefit from the great sport options at the Schluchsee. In summer people, who are seeking peace and quiet, can enjoy the long beaches. Enjoy nature at it´s finest, the beautiful landscape around the lake tempts to long hiking and biking tours and that not only in summer. Enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Black Forest from a different perspective and explore the surroundings by boat. Tours are offert all around the lake. Or feel like a bird and enjoy the panoramic view from the tower "Riesenbühlturm", near the village of Schluchsee. Visitors can survey the largest part of the lake from here.

    One of the most interesting attractions, specially for families with kids is the heated outdoor pool, right on the lake, which offers a 105m high waterslide and a children's adventure playground.

    Ski & winter sport

    The coasting slide Saig- Titisee is fun for everyone!!! The stretch is 1.2km long and therefore it provides a long eventful drive. The coasting slide is open the whole winter season.
