Trains from the Deutsche Bahn reaching the gigantic main station Frankfurt/Main Süd daily many times from everywhere in Germany. Get off at this station to change for a long-distance and regional services or the Tram 14 to get to the Zoo.
The highway A4 with the direction to Frankfurt am Main is leading to the Zoo. After the first exit towards the A5 to Basel, then the exit 17 to Offenbach and then continue on the highway B3. From there simply follow the instructions on the street to Frankfurt/Main city hall.
The nearest airport is the biggest one in Germany "Flughafen Frankfurt(FRA"). This airport is very close to the Zoo. Visitors have the opportunity to approach the zoo with public transportation in only 25 minutes or have a 15 minute ride with the car or taxi.
