From different direction of Germany the Deutsche Bahn trains take you to the train station Dingolfing. There is a free shuttle bus during the opening hours from Dingolfing train station to and from the Theme park back. It will take an approximately ride of 30 minutes.
There a lot of highways and routes leading to the Bayern-Park. Taking the the highway A92 from Munich with to Deggendorf or from Nürnberg/Regensburg the highway A3 with the direction to Passau. There are parking opportunities available at the park.
The nearest airport to the Bayern-Park is the international airport in Munich. The Flughafen München Franz Josef Strauß (FMG) is only an hour's drive away. Also the arrival with the Deutsche Bahn train is possible, with only one stop at Freising, it takes approximately 30 minute to get there.

More than 75 attractions for visitors of all ages are available at the theme park "Bayern-Park". Visitors can choose from a variety of attractions and events to make the day as enjoyable as possible.
The Bayern-Park is a family-run theme park since 1981. It is located halfway from Munich to Passau in Lower Bavaria. They started with a game reserve and continued in the first years by resorting attractions of regional parks, for example, the summer toboggan run, which still inspires visitors. Afterwards they have emerged some great attractions which brought completely new target groups to the adventure park.
The wildlife and amusement park has a consistently well done design with many flowers, sprawling meadows and massive traditional style architecture. Many stations buildings attract attention by lots of woods and rustic atmosphere.
The offer in 2014 will be expanded to four new attractions, from fast rides up to a pirate camp. All the other Attractions differ in age-appropriate rides, such as rollercoasters, carousels and an indoor hall with climbing wall. In addition to the numerous attractions in the amusement park each year they invite to various family oriented events. The start of the season is at a suitable weather on 12 April (status: 2014). In bad weather, they reserve the right to change the opening and closing hours of the park and the rides.

Only 40 minutes away from the Bayern-Park there is an opportunity to learn something about culture and nature, between the Danube, Bayer. Deggendorf has a lot of museums to offer and a cultural quarter with city and craft Museum and City Library which counts as a "Cultural meeting place".
Only 40min from the park by car is the wonderful city Landshut with a magnificient inner city full with historic fassades, a fascinating castle (burg Trausnitz) and the famous residence. The "Italian Building," was the first Renaissance palace on German soil. The city residence in Landshut built by Duke Ludwig X 1537-1543 is one of the most important monuments from the German Renaissance.
1 hours and 15 minutes away is a place, which is worth this trip! The Bavarian Forest directly on the border with the Czech Republic was founded in 1970 and is the first National Park in Germany. It's an activity for winter and summer. Explore the beautiful nature which changes within the seasons.
